These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMS messaging program provided by Murako Group Pte Ltd (DBA Epochagents) ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name: Epochagents Alerts

Description:

By opting into Epochagents Alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These may include service updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, product announcements, or other business-related information.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send you an SMS confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Rejoining Instructions

If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, simply sign up again through our website or by texting our opt-in keyword (if applicable). Upon re-enrollment, you will begin receiving messages again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
